  • WHEN/WHERE CAN I JOIN ELEVATE REWARDS?
    Our EVO App is available on Apple devices in the Apple App Store, and on Android devices in the Google Play Store.
  • CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS TO EARN REWARDS?
    Absolutely! You may add as many cards as you would like. Any transactions made using a registered card will earn you stars automatically.
  • WHAT IS THANX?
    Thanx is the loyalty program provider that we chose to partner with. They power our Elevate Rewards™ Program.
  • WHY DOES THANX NEED MY CREDIT CARD?
    We take security very seriously, and for that reason, we chose to partner with a company that built their product so that your information is not stored anywhere in the system. When you register your credit/debit card with Elevate Rewards™, your card info is sent DIRECTLY to Visa, Mastercard, etc. This is how you tell them to enroll you in the program. At no point does Thanx or Elevate Entertainment Group ever see, know, or store your card number. This allows the transactions you used with your registered credit/debit card to be automatically detected without adding any risk to you, and your card information never touches either of our systems.
  • CAN I USE CASH?
    If you’ve converted your cash to a Ready Credit card at any of our venues or used a card that was not connected to your account, you can easily upload your receipt in the EVO App to still earn Stars on your purchase.
  • DO REWARDS EXPIRE?
    The Birthday Free Bottomless Popcorn offer expires 30 days after the date it is issued. Signup rewards expire 365 after they are issued.
  • IF I ACCIDENTALLY PRESSED THE “REDEEM” BUTTON FOR MY REWARD BUT DID NOT MEAN TO, CAN I GET IT BACK?
    Please email the Thanx support team at support@thanx.com and they will happily assist you!
  • WHY ARE THERE TWO EVO APPS?
    The new Elevate Rewards program is now available in the EVO App! You can now view your rewards progress, shop for rewards, redeem your rewards, and browse & buy movie tickets, all in the new EVO App. You no longer need the Elevate Rewards App.
  • DO TIERS STILL EXIST, AND ARE THERE STILL GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE LEVELS?
    Yes, tiers still exist! You will be placed in an equivalent tier as you were before we launched our new points system. The rewards in each of our tiers, now named: Guest Star, Shooting Star, and Super Star, have been adjusted according to the dollar-to-point conversion. You will now earn 10 Stars for every dollar you spend. Guest Star Tier: Earn Free Popcorn and 50 bonus points when you join! Rising Star: Spend $500 and earn 100 bonus points, unlock secret menu items, and receive exclusive food and beverage offers. Shooting Star Tier: Spend $1,500 and earn 500 bonus points, gain access to exclusive merchandise & events, and get early access to EVO Entertainment Group special events.
  • CAN I KEEP MY PREVIOUS REWARDS PROGRESS?
    Yes! All existing rewards progress has been converted to stars.
  • HOW DO STARS WORK?
    Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you will automatically collect stars. You can then exchange these stars for a variety of rewards. Every dollar you spend at any EVO or ShowBiz venue will earn you 10 stars.
  • HOW DO I COLLECT STARS?
    You will automatically collect stars when you place a direct order with your registered credit/debit card or upload a receipt.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR STARS TO SHOW UP?
    Your points should usually appear moments after your purchase, but sometimes may take up to 3 business days, based on your credit card provider and bank's handling time. For purchases scheduled in future, ensure to allow 3 business days after your purchase is completed before you contact support.
  • HOW DO I CHECK MY STARS BALANCE?
    You can see your current star balance in the app by clicking on ‘Rewards’.
  • CAN I USE MULTIPLE REWARDS AT ONCE?
    Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.
  • WHEN DO MY STARS EXPIRE?
    Your stars will expire when you've not made any purchases for 12 months.
  • HOW DO I REDEEM STARS FOR REWARDS?
    Our new point system allows you to choose the rewards that are most valuable to you! Open the EVO App and navigate to “Rewards” to view star balance and browse the Rewards Marketplace. Select your reward by clicking “Redeem”. A barcode and 5-digit code will appear and 1-hour timer will begin.
  • HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS ONLINE?
    Redeeming rewards online is currently unavailable.
  • HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS IN-STORE?
    When redeeming any Bowling, Gaming, or Food & Beverage rewards in-store through counter-service, show your reward barcode to a cast member to apply it to your order. When redeeming a Food & Beverage reward through Mobile QR Ordering, simply copy the 5-digit code and paste it into the promo code field on your Toast Mobile Ordering check out screen in your web browser.
  • WHY CAN'T I REDEEM ALL REWARDS?
    You may see rewards in the marketplace that you can't redeem. Most of the time this means that you don't have enough Stars or that the reward will be available at a future date. Click on "See Details" to learn why that reward is unavailable to you.
  • WHAT REWARDS CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
    Open the EVO App and navigate to “Rewards” and then to “Rewards Marketplace” to browse rewards that are available for redemption.
