To celebrate this new location, EEG invites the public to attend the grand opening event on Wednesday, November 29th from 5 - 9 pm, for an evening packed with activities for everyone. As the Official Cinema and Entertainment Center of the Dallas Mavericks, guests can expect a former Mavs player meet and greet, performances from the Mavs ManiAACs, pictures with their mascot Champ, and exclusive giveaways. The celebration will extend throughout the weekend, showcasing a screening of the ManiAACs documentary, special happy hour offerings during Mavericks games, and a Mavs specialty cocktail. Spanning 54,684 square feet, the Prestonwood entertainment center boasts eight theatres, two of which are premium large format, an arcade with 75 games, duckpin bowling lanes, three private event spaces, and a full service bar area. The theatres have 725 reclining seats, including premium pods available in each theatre. EVO's food and beverages can be ordered in the theater via a QR code, or enjoyed at the full-service bar. Movie-goers can indulge in unlimited self-service popcorn, soda, and ICEE refills, a special that goes beyond opening weekend. In addition to cinematic experiences, guests can explore the family-friendly entertainment, while taking advantage of weekly offers, such as $5 movies every Tuesday, half-price games every Wednesday, and Mavs Game Day Happy Hour during every Mavs game.
